Job Shadow and Scholarship Program
Ends on
2026 Natural Resources Job Shadow & Scholarship Program
PROGRAM DETAILS
The purpose of the Green Diamond Job Shadow and Scholarship Program is to introduce students interested in forestry or natural resources to the work that supports the stewardship and management of a commercial forest. Students will shadow one of our professionals as they show the process from farm to harvest to reforestation and see the people and hard work that goes into making sustainable forestry a reality. We hope to give students insight into the industry, what the work is, and the variety of professions involved in the process. The program is intended for students who are currently pursuing academic degrees in an accredited college of forestry or natural resources. Our goal is to help students learn about the industry and aspects of careers they never imagined. We strongly encourage qualified candidates from underrepresented groups to apply.
Please note this is an unpaid, educational job shadow program, however the scholarship portion will pay up to $3,000.
